Your mission
As Content Manager at Podigee, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, publishing and managing content around Podigee, our products and podcasting in general. More specifically you will be the go to person for Podigee publications on websites, affiliates, emails, product release communications and social media. You will have the chance to define a content strategy which aligns with the overall company strategy.
Podigee has an established customer care team handling all inbound requests, but with a dedicated customer success team, proactively contacting our existing customers and helping them growing their podcasts. While other companies see the content manager positions in their marketing team, we see this position part of our customer success team. The content you will create must be user friendly, understandable, educational and therefore valuable for the expected audience.Your creativity and knowledge, together with our highly experienced customer success team will build the connection between Podigee, our existing and future Podigee users.
